Summer Internship: F.A.T.I. GENERAL EQUIPMENTS PVT. LTD
My role in this internship was to familiarise with all departments, their operations & process as well as management. Based on company and client insights, intervention such as Client Work Order Tracking System along with Client Login was introduced as company’s first customer program in order to increase client trust and repeatability.
Design Research involved secondary study and Sensing Consumer Insights. Improving User experience was much needed.
The peripherals covered by these interventions were Company's updated logs of work-order, anytime access to client orders and Company's Employee Discipline.
