Design process was the most important part of learning of the curriculum.This module had helped understanding the whole concept of process involved when we had to come up with new product/service or change existing product/service or method.

It involves phases from observing, mapping all data, coming up with problem statement, analysis the data collected, identifying gaps, ideating, prototyping for it.
